Why was my booking request declined, while the space was available in the calendar?

We strongly suggest our space providers to synchronize their calendar with Spacebase to avoid getting double bookings. Unfortunately, a few space providers don't use this function yet and it can happen that they need to decline a request due to availability.

The Spacebase calendar is a good indicator for availability, however to be 100% sure wait for the confirmation by the space provider.

You won't have this problem with our hero spaces.
