How are the restrictions impacting my meeting?

In most European countries: meetings are still allowed, yes. However, as we are in a dynamic and fast-changing situation, we ask you to follow the local regulations of your country and state.

According to WHO recommendations, a minimum distance of 1.5 meters is required in most countries, as well as wearing a mouth-nose cover on the way to your meeting. In addition, in many countries, an attendance list must be kept so that in case of a corona infection all participants can be notified.
For Germany, restrictions can be seen on the website of the Robert Koch Institute, as well as on the official websites of the federal states and cities, eg. for Berlin. Here you can find a summary of the regulations, but we recommend to always use the official pages of the federal states.
For other European countries, we ask both bookers and space providers to follow the most recent regulations on their regional official pages.
If you book a meeting on Spacebase you can filter for "Covid-19 proof" spaces in the search of a city. These spaces comply with requirements and recommendations related to Covid-19.
