Why can't I find our location profile even though we have booked a package?
This can have several reasons.
Since your headline is displayed in large letters first in the search and your location name is displayed in small letters below it, your own profile is usually overlooked. Therefore, please check again carefully whether you may have overlooked your location profile in the search.
It is possible that you have created your profile but have not "Sent to check". Therefore, we have not yet received a notification that your profile is ready and that we are allowed to review and publish it. Please check again whether you have sent your profile for review.
