Incomplete Credit Card Payments

In some rare cases, a booking can be confirmed when the credit card payment is not complete:
the booking can happen undisturbed and the balance can be settled individually.

The easiest way to settle the balance is to go to your booking page (login on and click on "bookings" on the top right, then on the respective booking).

There, you can download the invoice with instructions to transfer the money to our account.

If you would like to settle the booking with credit card, please click on "contact us" and leave your booking number. We will then get back to you with a payment link.
