I would like to change the booking method of my Space to "on request", how can I do that?

After the migration, your Spaces will be set to instant booking by default. Please note: Our platform focuses heavily on direct bookability. If you remove this feature, your chances of receiving booking requests will decrease. You can set up your profile so that users can either see prices for rooms/bookings or they must request a quote from you to get a price. This is handled through the pricing configuration: Pricing Structure. If you are able to offer bookers directly visible prices, we strongly recommend that you also enable "Auto-confirm". How do I enable "Auto-confirmation"?
