When is the payment due?

The payment is due before the booking takes place. 

If you pay by invoice we will ask you to transfer the money within the week after the date of your confirmed reservation. 

If you pay by via Credit Card or Paypal, you will be charged directly. You can choose to pay via invoice by adding your VAT number. The payment is also due immediately. 

If you want to pay after the event, just book the extra "Late Payment" and we will postpone the payment until one week after the event takes place.
