How to make sure I am allowed to list a Space?

• Your Space is only being used for commercial purposes.
• The Space you want to list on our platform is either your property or you have a legal permission to rent the space. 

First of all your space must only be used for commercial purposes and not for residential ones. Secondly if you don’t own the space, you want to list on our platform, you must have the full right to rent it. Carefully review your lease and if necessary, adjust the contract with adding a rider with your landlord.This add-on should illustrate specific responsibilities and liabilities of all parties involved in a short-term booking.
