How do I enable Automatic Confirmation?
To enable Automatic Confirmation, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click ‘Venues’ in the upper right corner.
- Click ‘Edit’ next to your space.
- Go to ‘Availabilities’ and check the box ‘Automatic Confirmation’
- By clicking ‘Override Venue Booking Rules’ in the booking section and then ‘Add Custom Rules’ you can define rules for your space.
- Here you can add a variety of booking rules, such as: minimum working days before booking, maximum days until booking, minimum notice for automatic confirmation, maximum days for automatic confirmation, cool down/ cleanup time (read more about booking rules here). Don’t forget to click ‘Save’, once you’re done adding custom booking rules.
