How do I enable Automatic Confirmation?

To enable Automatic Confirmation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Click ‘Venues’ in the upper right corner.
  3. Click ‘Edit’ next to your space.
  4. Go to ‘Availabilities’ and check the box ‘Automatic Confirmation’
  5. By clicking ‘Override Venue Booking Rules’ in the booking section and then ‘Add Custom Rules’ you can define rules for your space.
  6. Here you can add a variety of booking rules, such as: minimum working days before booking, maximum days until booking, minimum notice for automatic confirmation, maximum days for automatic confirmation, cool down/ cleanup time (read more about booking rules here).
