How to cancel a booking ?

You can cancel the booking by yourself on the website directly: 

  1. Find your booking here:
  2. Then Scroll down to the section Cancellation and click  Cancel booking
Note: Please always opt to cancel yourself as writing to our support may not be fast enough in processing to accommodate cancellation times & respective charges

If you cancel a requested booking before it’s confirmed, Spacebase Family will cancel any pre-authorization to your credit card and/or refund of any nominal amounts charged to your credit card in connection with the requested booking within a commercially reasonable time.

If you cancel a confirmed booking made via Spacebase Family, either prior to or after arriving at the space, the cancellation policy of Spacebase Family pursuant to the individual agreement will apply to such cancellation. Our ability to refund the hire fees and other amounts charged to you will depend upon the terms of the applicable cancellation policy pursuant to the individual agreement.

You can cancel a reservation, which is unbinding and valid for 3 working days any time, without charges.

Credit Note/Cancellation Invoice & refunds

If you cancel outside of the cancellation charges you will receive a 100% refund and a cancellation invoice automatically. Please allow up to 7 days to process the refund. The money will be sent to the original payment method.

If your cancellation is too late and you incur charges we will reach out to the space provider to confirm the charges. Once processed you will receive a new invoice from us for the remaining charges. If you already paid a deposit upfront we will automatically refund you, else the invoice will be collected through regularly available payment methods or dunning. Please allow up to 14 days of processing for this.

If you are booking through a company account cancelled bookings will be automatically considered in consolidated bills with respective charges.
