How to settle a long-term price discount for a user?

Click on the pricing discount for the user

You can see the discount linked to this user:




You just need to choose the discount you would like to offer:




- Rebate = Fixed price discount on the booking price
- Discount = A percentage discount
- Fixed price = The price the booker will pay for each booking.
Please fill in the amount in numbers, do not use any symbols.

By clicking on reusable, this discount can be used for each booking.

By clicking on "limit or delete" you can define some additional criteria such as :

With this feature you can make your venue more attractive for business accounts.
Create here a special price offer for a company account.

Go to your venue list > edit space > tab 'distribution'
Below the distribution manager, you will find the company accounts which booked once before at your venue.
There you can fill in the preferred prices. If a field is not applicable, then please leave it empty.
Please fill in the desired price per room.
