# How to contact a space provider?

_**Before your booking or reservation **_you can contact the space provider by sending a direct message via the space profile. Just go to the section ‘The host/provider’ and click on ‘Contact now’. 

_**During the request setting process**_ you can also add a message for the space provider to your request. Just click on ‘Message to provider’ under step 7 ‘Finalize’.

_**During your pending or confirmed booking or reservation**_ you can communicate with the space provider via the booking platform under the tab ‘Conversation’. Any conversation on the booking platform is also visible to your Support Team. Please be aware that they don’t receive a notification about the message like the space provider does.

_**As soon as the booking is confirmed**_ the space provider’s contact details (name, address, phone number) are available on the booking platform for you
