Why are my blocked times not showing correctly in the calendar sync?
For the synchronization to work properly, the time zone in your calendar and the time zone of your venue on Spacebase must be the same. Please check this first.
In rare cases, the ICS file (calendar file) may be “malformed,” meaning our parser cannot read the time zone correctly. If both time zones are set correctly and the problem still occurs, please contact our team. Make sure to include the URL of your ICS file and the name of the affected venue, so we can investigate further.
