How to adjust details of a confirmed booking ? How can I update my booking?
You have booked a space but there are some changes to be made on the booking? No problem!
Open the booking and go to the tab ‘Adjust booking’. Please don’t forget to click on the button ‘REQUEST CHANGES’ when you are done.
The request will be sent to the space provider and she/he will confirm or decline it. In case of approval, your booking will be updated and you will be notified. Most of our spaces accept changes automatically so that you will receive a confirmation immediately.
As long as there is an outstanding booking adjustment you can’t do another one. Please contact the Support Team then.
