What if a space provider cancels a booking?

While we expect cancellation initiated by space providers to be rare, we understand that those unfortunate circumstances may occur. If a space provider cancels your confirmed booking, the transaction amount will be fully refunded. Of course, we will try our best to re-accommodate you, either at another space or at a later time in the same space.

Please always contact our Support Team, if your booking has been cancelled by a space provider even when the space provider told you that they would let us know. Thank you!
