What is the payment due date?
The payment is due before the booking takes place.
If you pay by invoice we will ask you to transfer the money within the week after the date of your confirmed book. If you pay by Credit Card or Paypal, you will be charged directly.
If you want to pay after the event, just book the extra ‘Late Payment’. You have up to 14 days after the event for the payment.
When do I get charged:
When a direct booking request (not a reservation!) is submitted, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the booking total to ensure there are enough funds available on your account. A hold is often stated as a "pending" or "processing" transaction in your bank statement. The card you have on file will not be charged in full until the direct booking request is accepted by the host.
In case of a reservation, a space provider has to accept the reservation and then you have 72 hours (only workdays) to book the room. When you enter your payment details to book the reservation, you will be charged.
