What is the payout policy?
The payment terms differ depending on your selected payout option:
Manual payout per booking: You create your invoice and upload it to the booking page after the event. If the invoice is correct, the payment will be transferred 30 days after the start of the event.
Automatic payout per booking: The credit note is created 3 days after the booking and you receive a transfer 30 days after the event.
Monthly payment for monthly automatic payments: The credit note is created on the 3rd of the month and you receive the money by the end of the month for each booking that took place in the previous month.
These payment terms only apply if the booked participant has paid Spacebase for the event.
